Property layouts for Epstein's private tropical island included in the released materials.
Also featured in this new photograph disclosure appears to be a site plan for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
Epstein purchased a more modest island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had formulated development schemes to transform the substantial island by constructing homes, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
Marked on the drawing is a local waterway, a marine passage in the territory, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is annotated in handwritten red notes and includes a notes section labelling different sections of the property.
In addition to the main plan are what look to be an additional nine construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, such as layouts for marina coverings.
Additional materials disclosed as part of the current congressional process.
